In the event of an emergency, patients should phone as early as possible to be seen on the same day within normal practice hours and we will always try to see any patient within 24 hours.

Out with normal practice hours and for registered patients, phone 01651 872096 and an answer machine will give details as to how to contact the on-call dentist. NHS patients should be prepared to phone NHS 24 on 111 for an out of hours emergency service.

Cancellations and Failed Appointments

In order to operate the practice efficiently, please give at least 48 hours notice so that the appointment can be offered to someone else. Failure to do so will result in a short-notice cancellation charge.
